Lauren Sanchez shows off her enviable physique during a grueling workout alongside Jeff Bezos.
The mother-of-two, 53, shared a clip on her Instagram Stories as she worked up a sweat in the gym with a handful of others, including her husband-to-be.
She looked every inch an athlete in a sporty ensemble that showed off her toned midriff and toned arms.
It consisted of tight-fitting blue leggings and a white crop top with colored straps.

Lauren seemed unfazed as her raven locks flowed loosely in front of her face during the vigorous workout.
The media personality jumped into the exercise as she performed a series of cable pulls that forced her into a squat before returning to her feet.
Bezos, 59, also put his energetic efforts on display at the back of the room.
The Amazon founder opted for a dark T-shirt and shorts, but went barefoot.
He appeared to be pressing his back against the wall as he completed a series of bicep curls.
Lauren shared the video with the caption: “What’s your morning routine before work?”
She added Will Smith’s hit Miami as the soundtrack, focusing on the lyrics: “Welcome to Miami / Bienvenidos a Miami / Bouncin’ in the club where the heat is on.”
It seemed to be a nod to Bezos’ recent announcement that the couple is moving to his childhood home in Miami to be closer to his parents after spending 29 years in Seattle.
The billionaire shared on Instagram on Thursday a video of himself in Amazon’s first “office” in Seattle, where he founded the company from his garage in 1994 and grew it into one of the largest retailers in the world.
The short video shows Bezos’ desk in the cramped garage, with an extension cord running from inside to a fax machine, due to the lack of enough electrical outlets in the space.
Bezos recently announced that after 29 years in Seattle, the couple is moving to his childhood home in Miami to be closer to his parents.
A few weeks ago, Lauren attended Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday, where she spent time with the reality star and her other good friend Ivanka Trump.
Alongside the light-hearted video, Bezos added a lengthy caption: “Seattle has been my home since 1994 when I founded Amazon from my garage. That’s my dad behind the camera in this video, touring Amazon’s first “office.”
“My parents have always been my biggest supporters. They recently moved back to Miami, the place we lived when I was younger (Miami Palmetto High class of ’82 – GO Panthers!) I want to be close to my parents, and Lauren and I love Miami.
‘In addition, Blue Origin’s activities are increasingly shifting to Cape Canaveral. Nevertheless, I plan to return to Miami and leave the Pacific Northwest.
“I’ve lived in Seattle longer than anywhere else and have so many great memories here. As exciting as the move is, it is an emotional decision for me. Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart.”
The couple’s move to Miami will also bring them closer to their girlfriend Ivanka Trump, who they spent time with in October when they all attended Kim Kardashian’s star-studded 43rd birthday party.
Birthday girl Kim shared a series of photos from the evening, including one where she posed alongside Ivanka, Lauren and several other friends as they enjoyed the festivities.
Lauren showed off the fruits of her efforts in the gym in the photos, which saw her modeling a figure-hugging black strapless dress, while Ivanka dazzled in a sequined two-piece ensemble.
