Jeff Bezos was spotted yesterday aboard his massive $500,000,000 superyacht off the coast of Spain while enjoying a break with girlfriend Lauren Sanchez.
The Amazon founder, 59, was joined by former news anchor Sanchez, 53, who was spotted enjoying the sun loungers on the world’s tallest superyacht.
Bezos commissioned the Koru – which means “a new beginning” in Maori – in 2018, the year before his relationship with Sanchez came to light.
After five years of construction, the 70-foot ship was unveiled in March 2023 and cost half a billion dollars — or 0.4% of its estimated net worth of $115.4 billion.

Jeff Bezos’ $500 million ship is designed to be the tallest yacht in the world, standing over 70 meters tall.
For reference, the historic Titanic was 175 feet long from the keel to the top of the funnels.
With a length of 127 meters, it is also about the length of four blue whales.
The yacht is also expected to receive a massive overhaul, returning Bezos about $25 million annually.
This is despite the three huge masts, designed in such a way that the yacht can be propelled largely by kinetic energy from the sails.
This allows it to be operated by one person – instead of having an entire crew on board.
It is built of aluminum and steel and supports three decks, including one with a swimming pool.
Many of the amenities are seen in tow as the yacht is joined by a smaller 75m support vessel complete with luxury cars, jet skis, speedboats and – possibly – even a personal submarine.
The smaller yacht has its own helipad on board where famous guests can walk in.
Builders Oceanco were quiet about the project during construction, but both were reportedly assembled in the Netherlands, a country historically known for its shipbuilding industry.
The Koru joins ten other Dutch-built superyachts over 100 metres, including five by Oceanco.
She is one of only four sailing yachts longer than 100 meters worldwide.
In 2021, it caused controversy when it failed to pass under the Koninshaven Bridge in Rotterdam to reach the open sea.

Bezos said he would pay the Dutch city to dismantle and then rebuild part of the historic 95-year-old bridge so the ship could pass.
Ultimately, the ship’s sails were fitted so that the ship could sail through without tearing down the historic bridge, which will be 100 in 2027.
The design of the Koru was inspired by another Bezos ship, the Black Pearl.
The inside is reportedly inspired by Eos, a 305-ft yacht owned by former Fox CEO Barry Diller.
Bezos and Sanchez traveled near the Balearic Islands on Tuesday, a week after they were spotted together heading to Carbone Beach on the other side of the world.
The couple were in Miami for the Florida Grand Prix weekend.
The Amazon founder arrived in Mallorca by private jet on Monday, May 15, and was flown by helicopter to his superyacht.
