The estranged wife of a fugitive property developer who went on the run when his company went bankrupt with $200 million in debt has jetted off for a luxury holiday abroad.

Nisserine ‘Nissy’ Nassif posed for photos in the lobby of the five-star Fullerton Hotel during her week-long stay in Singapore before letting loose at a 50th birthday party where she appeared on social media and partied alongside an American reality TV host show .

Her husband Jean Nassif, 55, left Sydney for Dubai in December before his company Toplace went bankrupt. He is believed to be in Lebanon, although he has reportedly visited Singapore, and NSW Police have issued a warrant for his arrest on fraud charges.

Nissy posed in a white singlet top and shorts in the lobby of the Fullarton alongside the hotel’s bear mascots Robby and Lizzy and appeared in the birthday area in the same outfit alongside Kosher Soul host O’Neal McKnight.

In another photo, the mother of three posed in a black outfit outside the steps of the famous hotel.

Her messages also included what appeared to be the latest cryptic digs about her husband since their split after Toplace was placed under voluntary administration.

“Blood is not thicker than peace of mind,” she said, adding that she can’t wait to “tell her side of the story.”

She also said that “some people play the victims of their own (alleged) crimes.”

It is believed Nissy still lives at the Chiswick waterfront mansion in Sydney’s west that she shared with her husband, although she was spotted without her wedding ring and removed his surname from her social media.

It is understood that Toplace’s collapse could leave more than 20,000 homeowners with unfinished properties.

Detectives from the NSW Police Organized Crime Squad issued an arrest warrant for Mr Nassif in June he claimed he obtained a $150 million loan from Westpac through fraudulent documents.

The loan was to finance three of the five ‘Skyiew Towers’ buildings in its new residential development in Castle Hill.

His daughter from a previous marriage, 29-year-old Ashlyn Nassif, was also accused of trying to obtain the loan with false contracts.

She has been accused of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and publishing false or misleading material.

But her lawyer revealed this week that he will apply to have the charges dropped after the case appears to have stalled

“It’s been almost three months since the order expired,” Warwick Korn said.

“We will request dismissal at the next suspension if something goes wrong.”

Her case has been postponed until November due to the “complexity of the case.”

Mr Nassif claimed he tried to return to Australia but only on the condition he could be offered bail so he could see his children.

“I’m trying to come back, but the police are not cooperating,” Nassif said.

“I love my children…I can’t sleep thinking about how I can see them.”

Mr Nassif and Nissy previously became social media sensations when he gifted her a yellow Lamborghini for Valentine’s Day in 2019.

He uploaded a video of him presenting her with the $480,000 gift with the comment “Congratulations Ms. Nassif…do you like it?”.

“I like it, I share,” she replied, later posting a video showing off her new set of wheels.

It is clear that the car was sold as part of the company administration process.
