Jealous Diddy ‘is raging that Luigi Mangione is getting more attention than him at their Brooklyn prison’
Diddy is furious that alleged CEO killer Luigi Mangione is seen as a bigger star by inmates at the federal prison in Brooklyn, where both are incarcerated.
The rapper, 54, and Mangione, 26, are both awaiting trial at New York’s infamous Metropolitan Center in Brooklyn, and Diddy – real name Sean Combs – is reportedly raging that the alleged killer is more well-liked among inmates.
“Diddy is throwing tantrums about Luigi getting all the attention in prison and being revered as a hero after literally killing someone on camera,” the source said.
Diddy is reportedly upset because he claims he is innocent of sex trafficking, but he still gets “so much hate in prison, while Luigi gets so much love.”
“Even in prison, Diddy’s ego is larger than life,” the source added.
Mangione is apparently “beloved by the inmates and has no problem dealing with anything because he has received so much support from inmates who shared with him their stories of losing loved ones due to inadequate health care.”
“Not to mention that the prison itself faces constant allegations of inadequate health care for those incarcerated,” the source told DailyMail.com.

Although Diddy and Mangione share a legal team, they have not crossed paths in prison as the alleged killer remains in solitary confinement while the rapper is among the general population.
“Diddy has not had any contact with Luigi Mangione despite being part of the same legal team,” the source said.
“They don’t spend any time together and the two really have nothing in common.”
The Metropolitan Center in Brooklyn also houses other high-profile inmates, such as Sam Bankman-Fried. It is also the prison where infamous sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide.
Officials say Mangione shot dead CEO of UnitedHealthcare Brian Thompsonon Dec. 4 while walking to an investor conference in downtown Manhattan.
The killing shocked the business community and put some critics of health insurance on edge. Mangione regularly posted online about his struggles with back pain, although he was never a client of UnitedHealthcare and the notes found about him indicate a targeted killing intended to send a message.
He pleaded not guilty in a New York court to multiple murders, including murder as an act of terrorism.
Mangione has drawn admiration from many who see him as something of a vigilante

Federal charges against Mangione include murder and firearms counts. He made his first appearance in the indictment late last month. He does not have to enter a plea until charges are filed.
As DailyMail.com previously reported, Mangione is “touched” by his newfound global fame and the fans who lust after him following Thompson’s murder.
A source close to Mangione said he is “very aware of the huge fan base he currently has.” He was “shocked and truly suffocated” when he first saw the support he received, which gave him “confidence and reassurance that he will be okay.”
Meanwhile, Diddy awaits his own trial on sex trafficking and prostitution charges. He has pleaded not guilty.
He is also facing a wave of sexual assault lawsuits, many filed by a Texas lawyer who says his firm represents more than 150 people, both men and women, who allege sexual abuse and exploitation by the rapper.
The lawsuits allege that many people were abused at parties in New York, California and Florida after being given drug-laced drinks.
