Jayden Daniels misses Washington Commanders practice again just two days before their next game

Jayden Daniels missed Washington Commanders’ training again on Friday, which was a huge blow to his chances of playing on Sunday.

Daniels has yet to practice since suffering a rib injury in last week’s win over the Carolina Panthers.

It means he’s unlikely to play against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, with backup Marcus Mariota expected to start.

In the game against the Bears, Daniels, the No. 2 pick in this year’s draft, would have faced the No. 1 overall pick: Caleb Williams.

More to follow.
