Jay Leno keeps the hood of his convertible down as he cruises the streets of Los Angeles…after talking about recovering from his recent injuries
Jay Leno was spotted out for a spin in one of his vintage cars in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon.
The 73-year-old television personality seemed to be making the most of his time behind the wheel as he maintained his vehicle’s top city and enjoyed the pleasant spring weather throughout his journey.
The comedian, who recently showed his support for striking members of the Writer’s Guild of America, kept it casual in a light blue denim button-up shirt as he hit the open road.
Leno recently talked about his recovery process after successive motor vehicle accidents during an interview with People.
The former Tonight Show host suffered numerous burns last November after one of his cars caught fire in his garage in Burbank.

He also said he would only need “a week or two to get back on his feet.”

The television personality was left with numerous broken bones after his second accident.

Leno added, “Pain is constant, so if it’s constant, you’re okay. Pain from a burn, after a while you get used to it and eventually it goes away, but it’s not bad.’
