“So yeah, I have to humble myself and say, ‘Do you think you’re a narcissist?’ And I do,” he said. “I don’t know how I became one. [But] I truly believe I am a narcissist.

The reality star said he learned “probably five new terms” that he “had never heard of” before starting treatment in July.

Jax has not been diagnosed as a narcissist, but he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and PTSD.

“I’m not a doctor, so I can’t say for sure,” he added. “But if I look up the definition, I have to agree.”

He continued, “And I’ve been this person for years and I had no idea. I’ve never been held accountable for my actions for many, many years, until recently — until people had enough.”

The former bartender at SUR said people — including his wife, who he said he took for granted — were “tired of walking on eggshells” around him.

“Brittany has been asking me to do something like this for a long time, but I come from an environment where we don’t really ask for help,” he explains, adding that she’s been begging him for years to do something about his anger issues.

During his stay at the treatment facility, he received intensive therapy seven hours a day, which made him feel insecure about leaving and returning to real life and his own life.

He found solace in the routine of treatment. “I got there, I f***ing hated it and… then I loved it,” he said in a clip from his and Cartwright’s podcast When Reality Hits posted to Instagram.
