Jax Taylor has formally asked a California Supreme Court judge to grant his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright full legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son Cruz Michael Cauchi in a legal filing dated September 26.
As for financial child support, the 45-year-old reality star checked the “other” box and listed their $1.9 million, five-bedroom home in North Hollywood as their sole asset, which will be divided “at a later date” – according to People.
He also checked the “dissolution of marriage” box, indicating they may never have been legally married Page six.
The AirSculpt paid spouse was legally divorced from Jax (born Jason Cauchi) on January 24 – the day before her 35th birthday – and she filed for divorce on August 27 after four years of marriage.
Taylor — who has since realized he is a narcissist — had just completed a 30-day stay at a mental health facility on August 22, where he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder and was diagnosed with his “severe anger issues’ worked.

“We’re doing well, we’re co-parenting,” Brittany said E! News on Monday.
‘That’s the most important thing. Other than that, it is what it is… Of course we’re both going to say it [our child] First.
“It’s going to be okay either way because we both love him so much. So even if Jax and I have a fight, it will never come between Cruz. It will never amount to anything.’
As for little Cruz, Cartwright said, “He’s the best swimmer in the world. He’s only three and he can go to the bottom of the deep end, get toys, come up. He can do somersaults in the water.”
Jax now lives in an apartment next door to Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz, while the Kentucky-born Bravo lebrity lives with their The Valley co-star Zack Wickham.
The When Reality Hits podcasters – who first met in Las Vegas in 2015 – previously split in 2017 when Taylor admitted to having an affair with former SUR employee Faith Stowers.
The owner of Jax’s Studio City — who makes $128 on Cameo — will host the next scheduled Halloween bash at his bar on Oct. 26 at 9 p.m., where there will be cash prizes for the best costumes.
Jax and Brittany are currently hard at work filming the second season of their spin-off series Vanderpump Rules, which will premiere on Bravo next year.
