Jason Momoa shows off Hawaiian tribal tattoo on side of his head: ‘Chief of war coming, baby!’

Jason Momoa showed off a new tattoo on the side of his head on Wednesday.

The Aquaman main man, 43, took to Instagram with a clip as he prepared to board a plane while wearing a bowler hat with a tank top and gray pants.

The 6ft4 star on the screen pointed to the plane and said, ‘Hawaiian Airlines – proud to be Hawaiian, proud to fly Hawaiian Airlines, the best part is it’s finally going back to New Zealand; it’s been two years since they were able to go because of COVID.”

The Honolulu, Hawaii native added, “Hawaiian Airlines, I love you for this and I have something special for you,” taking off his hat to show off a tribal pattern he had tattooed on the left side of his head .

“Leader of the war is coming, baby!” said Momoa, after showing the new ink.

“He had his head and neck tattooed,” a representative of the actor said just shocked. “It’s a huge piece, it’s related to his Hawaiian roots and culture.”

The Dune actor shaved a significant amount of hair earlier this month to raise awareness against the use of single-use plastic.

The See star said in a clip: “When I’m doing it for single-use plastic, I’m tired of using plastic bottles, we have to stop, plastic forks, all that shit, goes into our country, goes into our ocean. ‘

Momoa said that “just seeing things in our ocean, it’s just so sad,” and he urged his fans to do everything they can “to eliminate single-use plastic from their lives,” and said that ‘plastic bottles are ridiculous’.
