Jason Momoa recently lived the nomadic life and revealed that he doesn’t own his own full-time home, despite being an A-list actor.
But only days after making the confession AND, the Aquaman star clarified his living situation PEOPLE, told the outlet: “I’m just homeless. I’m not homeless.’
He explained that his busy work schedule prevents him from unwinding as he often “goes from film to film.”
“I have a nice trailer,” Momoa said. “Everyone says, ‘Jason Momoa is homeless.’ I’m like, ‘Relax. I have a damn sleeping bag.”
The comments come days after the actor settled his divorce from ex-wife Lisa Bonet, nearly two years after the couple announced their divorce.

The former couple started dating in 2005 and eventually married in an intimate ceremony in 2017.
During those years, Bonet, 56, and Momoa, 44, welcomed two children: daughter Lola, 16, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 15.
After six years of marriage, the couple announced in January 2022 that they had separated.
But court documents Bonet filed earlier this month listed October 2020 as the official date of separation.
Their divorce was finalized on January 9 and the former couple agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their children.
According to The explosionThe paperwork read: “Based on the division of assets and income as agreed to by the parties in the (settlement), the parties will share the cost of supporting the minor children, and neither party will pay child support to the other.”
They both agreed that “if the minor children, or any of them, travel or vacation with either party, that party will be responsible for the children’s expenses for such travel.”
The divorce was listed as “uncontested” and both stars “waived the right” to seek or receive spousal support from each other.
After Momoa’s career took off following his breakout role as Khal Drogo in the first two seasons of Game of Thrones (2011-2012), the offers for juicy roles only increased.
As a result, the Honolulu, Hawaii native has been working consistently, which seems to have only increased now that he’s been single for the past three years.
In the past six years alone, Momoa has starred in such high-profile films as Justice League (2017), Aquaman (2018), Dune (2021), Fast seasons at Frontier (2016-2018) and three seasons at See (2019-2022).

Looking ahead, Momoa will star in the upcoming limited historical drama series Chief Of War and the American-Italian drama film In The Hand Of Dante.
Plus, there’s his new reality series On The Roam, in which he “travels the country to meet the extraordinary individuals blazing their own paths,” according to IMDb, premiering on Max (formerly HBO Max) on January 18.
Despite being “on the road all the time,” Momoa claims he’s “doing great.”
And although he is currently happily busy with various projects, the actor foresees a ‘slowdown’ for himself in the future.
“I’ve never bought a house before, so I’m glad that one day it will happen,” he admitted to People, before joking about how people will be surprised when they eventually find out he’s finally bought his own house: ‘Like ‘Jason Momoa bought a house. Holy shit. He now has a pillow. ”
Now officially a single man, but grateful to have a thriving career in a job he loves, Momoa says he still enjoys traveling the country to learn more about arts and crafts from people far from Hollywood.

“These are the things I really want to do, and hopefully by doing that I’ll create something and pass it on to a good cause,” he said. “I’m like, ‘Wow, this feels good.’ I do what I want to do.’
He added that the upcoming season of his series On The Roam will include meetings with the artisans responsible for creating aspects of his films and TV shows. Other adventures will see him rebuild a 1920s Rolls-Royce Phantom and meet photographer Todd Hido.
“It’s very much my passion for handmade artisans,” the Game Of Thrones star continued. “The things that I really love, wanting to celebrate the people that inspire me, and then making things that are really cool for charity so that they can, you know, bring all this kind of attention to these artisans. So when people see the show, I’ll hop on Instagram and try to get started so we can auction off a lot of these cool things and spread some love.”
Momoa’s Hollywood resume also includes television roles in Baywatch: Hawaii (1999-2001), North Shore (2004-2005), Stargate Atlantis (2005-2009), as well as films such as Conan The Barbarian (2011), Braven (2018), and Lief girl (2021).
