Jason Kelce would be a ‘dream’ partner on Dancing with the Stars, says pro dancer – who wants her husband to pair with retired NFL player’s wife Kylie
Jason Kelce has a lot of free time now that he’s retired from the NFL.
After landing a high-profile role on ESPN’s Monday Night Football coverage next season, could the Super Bowl winner be in line for another major TV gig?
Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Jenna Johnson has called the former Philadelphia Eagle her ‘perfect’ partner for the next series of the hit show.
Ahead of what would be her eighth season on the dance floor, Johnson admitted she would like to be partnered with a professional football player.
And she admitted Kelce, who also hosts his hit New Heights podcast with brother Travis, would be her ideal dance partner.

Speaking to PEOPLEJohnson said that NFL players would make good partners because “they are not afraid to work hard.’
“It’s common for our male celebrities to have this little girl yelling at them all day to do the cha-cha-cha on time is probably not always the most fun. So I think they can handle that,” she added.
Johnson went on to say that an NFL affiliate would also mean being “thrown in the air” and “tossed around.”
When asked about a possible collaboration with Kelce, Johnson even offered his wife Kylie a potential partner: her husband Val Chmerkovskiy.
She said: ‘He’s just retired. I think it’s the perfect thing.
“If his wife wants to do it with Val, we can certainly do that.
“I know he has some kids, so we can bond over parenting and stuff.”

The 36-year-old signed a multi-year contract, which will see him appear pregame and at halftime
Kelce has shown no interest in appearing on Dancing with the Stars and may not have the time as he prepares for his first analyst role at ESPN.
He has signed a multi-year deal with the network, which will see him appear pregame – on Monday Night Countdown – and at halftime. He will also be part of ESPN and ABC’s coverage of Super Bowl XI in 2027.
The 36-year-old opened up about his new venture on the latest episode of his podcast New Heights with brother Travis.
Jason teased other possible ventures in the future, claiming they were “in the works,” but the former Eagles center confirmed the bulk of this deal involves Monday Night Countdown.
Travis congratulated his older brother and said to him: “I couldn’t be happier for you, dude.

“We grew up watching all the legends and ESPN really fueled our sports fandom, our competition, our knowledge of the games we played… it’s crazy.”
Jason responded by revealing the brothers’ first conversation about the opportunity to join ESPN.
“When I called you and we started talking about the different options, I mentioned ESPN in particular. I think your exact words were, ‘You’re going to Monday Night Football?'” the elder Kelce said.
“It’s crazy, especially growing up, this was the night that everyone thought about with football. Monday Night Football and now I’m going to be there with some incredibly talented people: Scott Van Pelt, Marcus Spears, Ryan Clark.
“All these guys offer not only great expertise but great personalities and I think he’s going to be a really fun guy. It’s going to be a fun time, we’re going to the games, traveling around, I still don’t know what I’m wearing so I guess we’ll find out.”
