Jason Kelce roasts ‘stodgy’ Travis over his personality as he claims Chiefs star ‘abandoned’ him in hilarious advert

Jason Kelce ridiculed his brother Travis — or rather, a cardboard version of Travis — on social media after suggesting the Kansas City Chiefs star had abandoned him.

The recently retired Philadelphia Eagles center appeared in a commercial for Garage Beer, a brand partly owned by the two brothers.

Jason started the promo by saying: “A lot of you asked me, ‘Has Travis changed? Is he more Hollywood now because of all the fame and attention Garage Beer has brought him?’

“Let me tell you. That’s just crazy,” Jason said before turning to the Travis cutout and saying, “Right Trav?” before being greeted with silence.

Jason continued, saying, “It’s just beer. Who cares if there’s millions of fans all over the world? He still makes time for the garage hangs. He’s always there for me. He would never leave me.”

After Jason asked the character, “You would never leave me?”, he toasted the Travis character with his beer can, but when the commercial ended, the cardboard fell to the ground.

The clip was shared on social media – with Jason quoting the post and tweeting it, saying: ‘Trav usually has more personality than this, training camp is really wearing him out. A bit stiff if you ask me…’

In June, the brothers announced on their podcast New Heights that they would become co-owners of the Cincinnati beer brand.

‘[This] “It’s not like we’re coming up with a fancy slogan or trying to force you to eat fewer calories or anything like that,” Travis said.

‘No… if you like good beer, this is a good beer.’

Jason added: ‘Our goal… we want this beer to be enjoyed by men… and women who drink beer, who love beer.
