Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce wants his teammates to focus on themselves after three straight losses and three games left in the regular season.

“Your job as a veteran is to continue to push and work and get the guys focused on preparing and getting better and blocking out a lot of outside stuff,” Kelce said after Monday night's loss to the Seahawks.

“I think we had our chances there,” Kelce continued. 'This is a tough match, a very difficult match to lose, there are a lot of implications involved. A frustrating day to say the least. All you can do is move forward and play the next one.”

Kelce also admitted that he needs to be smarter when it comes to his false start penalty in the second quarter.

The Eagles upset loss to the Seahawks was the team's third in a row after starting the season winning 10 of their first 11 games.

The Eagles led for most of Monday's game against the Seahawks, giving up a last-minute touchdown to replacement quarterback Drew Lock and Jaxon Smith-Njigba for the winning score with 28 seconds left.

Philadelphia's schedule eases up after losses to the San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys and Seattle.

The Eagles have a pair of games against the 5-9 New York Giants, separated by a game against the Arizona Cardinals, who have three wins this season.

Philadelphia has clinched a spot in the playoffs, but is one game behind the 49ers for the NFC's top seed.

The Eagles also don't have the tiebreaker over the Cowboys, who lead the NFC East, meaning most playoff games could be played on the road.
