Jason Kelce hits back at troll who called him a ‘clown, immature and slob’ after his wild antics on ESPN duty

Jason Kelce seemed to have a great time when he returned to the Eagles for their Monday Night Football game against the Falcons, but not all fans appreciated his exuberant performance.

Kelce, who was at the game as part of ESPN’s pre-game MNF coverage, was seen dancing on stage and throwing beer at fans, leading some online to accuse him of being drunk himself.

And an X-user caught the former Eagle’s attention on Wednesday when he called Kelce a “clown” and a “slob” for his innocent pre-game antics.

“White males in the modern era are allowed to do only a few very limited and tightly controlled things,” the report said. wrote.

“But this particular, regime-sanctioned, white male phenotype — the clown, minstrel, drunkard, immature, mind-your-own-business consumer, joke, adult child, slob — is easily one of the worst.”

He later denied being drunk during MNF and hit back at a fan who called him a ‘clown’

Kelce noticed this and defended himself the next day in a somewhat self-deprecating manner.

“I admit that sometimes I am all of these adjectives, but if you think those are the only words I represent, I highly recommend you watch my documentary on Amazon,” he said said.

“Very successful, and although playful, he still has a lot of values about life, family, fatherhood and marriage that you would appreciate, I think. Also my farewell speech, although I admit I cry a lot more than I wanted to, is a different tone than my clowning.”

While many fans – and even Jason’s brother Travis – accused him of being worse off on Monday night, Jason dismissed that suggestion in the series finale of ‘New heights.

‘I could see, by the way, [when] “You said in the booth in the third quarter that you’d been on a roller coaster ride since about noon, getting drunk all the time,” Travis said.

Jason immediately interrupted his younger brother, saying he had “zero beers” and then laughed about throwing cans at fans during the pre-game festivities.

The former center admitted how hard it was to not drink while throwing beers at fans.

“Do you know how hard that was?” he asked, adding, “I’m a professional, Travis. I don’t do bullshit.”

Even without alcohol in his system, Kelce stood out for his dance moves, at one point even demonstrating a running man.

“Everybody thinks I’m the dancer. Dude, you’re the f****** most electric dancer I’ve ever met in my life,” Travis told his older brother.

“You can put a smile on someone’s face by dancing. It’s so good. And when you get into that mode, when you go all out, oh my god, thank you for that. … I’ll have that forever. I’ll have that in my back pocket for a f****** cloudy day.”

Kelce had the Eagles fans pumped up before the game—even bringing former Eagles Nick Foles and Fletcher Cox out on stage—but it wasn’t the night he’d hoped for. Philly suffered a shocking 22-21 defeat.
