While it’s unclear if he’ll be fully fit before the show, the singer is understood to be insisting he’ll take the stage anyway, even if he needs crutches to do so.
Derulo is also set to judge a new BBC Three series, Project Icon, hoping to shape a new star in the industry.
The six-part series will see eight aspiring artists compete against each other to see if they can transform from bedroom singer to full-blown music star.
