Jasmine Stefanovic carries a $3150 Louis Vuitton handbag while popping out for a green juice – after farewelling husband Karl who’s off to Paris for the Today show’s Olympic coverage

Jasmine Stefanovic is traveling solo this week after her husband Karl Stefanovic jetted off to Paris to cover the Olympics for the Today Show.

The shoe designer went out for a green juice on a chilly day in Sydney on Saturday, but she did her shopping in style.

She carried a luxury handbag, along with the Louis Vuitton Neverfull, worth $3,150.

The 40-year-old was well protected from the cold in a black quilted jacket and shiny tights.

She completed her look with a pair of dark sneakers and cat-eye sunglasses.

Jasmine appeared to be wearing no makeup for the outing and pulled her blonde hair back from her face.

The designer walked around with a broad smile, holding a bottle of healthy green juice in her hands.

Earlier this month, Jasmine and Karl were finally ready to start building their dream home.

The couple are set to renovate their Sydney home in Castlecrag for $4.5 million after securing a major court victory in March.

Earlier this month, Jasmine was seen clearing out items from the house, including a lampshade and a child’s bicycle, as the family moved to allow work to begin.

She walked around a few times with a bag and at one point she threw a pair of sneakers in a nearby trash can.

Karl, 49, had a long-running dispute with Willoughby Council over plans to convert his modest home into a four-storey mansion.

A design sketch shows that the completed property will have a beautiful contemporary design, spacious areas, French doors and a spiral staircase.

It also features a stylish terrace with adjacent steps for outdoor dining and a host of beautiful architectural details including high ceilings and slanted windows.

An extensive garden is being created running the length of the house, making it the perfect place for Karl and his wife Jasmine Yarbrough, 40, to raise their four-year-old daughter Harper.

Melbourne-based architecture firm Studio Kennon also shared a photo of the model on social media, to which Karl and Jasmine were quick to respond.

“Can we have it now,” Jasmine asked and Karl posted a love heart emoji.

In March, Karl and Jasmine finally got approval for their lavish $4.5 million renovation on Sydney’s North Shore.

After a two-day hearing earlier this year, the Land and Environment Court ruled in favor of the celebrity couple, the Daily telegram.

The decision came after Stefanovic first lodged a development application with council in March 2023 for the Castlecrag property, in one of Sydney’s most sought-after postcodes.

Neighbors responded to the DA with a number of concerns, including loss of view and reflection from solar panels.

The Channel Nine Today star bought the 1960s brick home in March 2021 for $3.2 million.

The application revealed that the couple had plans to build a four-storey house on the site, with 102 square metres of living space below ground level.

The DA claims that the plans will ‘improve’ the ‘quality of living’ for residents, while the proposal is aimed at ‘improving the streetscape and making a positive contribution to the neighbourhood’.

The celebrity couple’s legal team said the renovation was ‘generally compliant’ with Willoughby City Council’s planning regulations.

However, it did not comply with regulations governing the ratio of a site’s floor area to the size of the land on which the building stands.
