Vile Texas Janitor Sued For $1 Million After ‘Rubbing His Penis Inside Doctor’s Office Workers’ Water Bottles And Giving THIRTEEN Incurable Herpes’

  • Lucio Díaz, 50, admitted that he committed the act claiming that he has a “disease”
  • One victim described her anguish at not being able to kiss her babies.
  • Diaz was caught on camera performing a grisly act after employees noticed a foul odor coming from his water bottles and the office dispenser.

A janitor accused of giving incurable herpes to 13 female co-workers after rubbing his penis inside their water bottles is being sued for $1 million.

Lucio Diaz, 50, was caught on video shoving his genitals into water bottles belonging to women at the doctor’s office where he worked in East Houston.

A lawsuit filed Thursday confirmed that he is being sued by 13 women who have subsequently tested positive for “incurable sexually transmitted diseases that will affect their lives forever.”

Lucio Diaz, 50, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after sticking his penis in an employee’s water bottle and urinating in it.

A woman revealed that the condition had left her unable to kiss her babies.

Díaz admitted to the act with malicious intent, claiming that he had an “illness” and that he had also committed the crime at his former workplace.

However, he denied knowing that he had chlamydia and herpes simplex virus 1, the latter of which is incurable and causes cold sores.

Lawyers said the grisly act had simply become part of their ‘daily cleansing ritual’.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages from Diaz, his employer, the building’s owners, and the building’s property management company.

Office employees became suspicious of Diaz after noticing that water bottles and dispensers in the office were often filled with yellow liquid and gave off a foul odor.

A woman, identified by police as MA, complained to her doctor and a urinalysis confirmed that her water bottle contained traces of urine.

MA then installed spy cameras that captured the janitor sneaking into his office and deliberately rubbing his genitals on his water bottle.

They alerted the managers of the building where he worked but it took six days to notify other offices.

Meanwhile, Diaz, who claims he didn’t know he had an STD, was caught doing it again with another employee’s water bottle.

Lawyers said this move gave Diaz “free rein” to commit another assault, meaning more people came into contact with his bodily fluids.

He was arrested on October 5 and charged with ‘aggravated assault: bodily injury with a deadly weapon’. He later tested positive for STDs.

Court records show that Diaz was granted a $75,000 bond after his arrest.

The lawsuit was initially filed on behalf of four women, but nine others have since been filed.

They are being represented by the law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner.

One of the victims said in a statement given to the sacramento bee: ‘I (can’t) leave my water bottles anywhere or my glasses at a party anymore… because I don’t want anyone to get caught with what I have because a monster decided to do what he did to me without my consent. ‘

‘But what hurts me the most is that every time my babies want to kiss me I have to turn my face and tell them kiss mommy on the forehead or I have to kiss my babies on the back and not on the cheeks… they are too much little ones to understand what happened to their mommy.’

MA, also spoke with ABC-13 when Diaz was first arrested, though her face was hidden to protect her identity.

“This individual is a sick man,” he said.

I want this to go to trial. I want him exposed for what he is, and I want him to pay for what he’s done to me and then have him deported.’
