The 73-year-old actress was dressed in a plunging green sequined dress at the event at the Hilton in New York, where she was due to present in the Best Actor category.
The English beauty wore her light brown locks with bangs and completed her stylish ensemble with gold heels as she walked the red carpet.
The star of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, adorned a bracelet and earrings at the event in the Big Apple.
Seymour is a former Emmy winner herself, as she won the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or a Special at the 1988 Primetime Emmys for her role as Maria Callas in Onassis: The Richest Man in the World.
The other presenters at Monday’s event included Omar Sy, Michael Pressman, Ali Ahn, Ken Leung, Laura Benanti, Armin Amiri and Wendi McLendon-Covey, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“It’s really nice to be back in New York,” Seymour said during a car ride to the event, where she was accompanied by her son Kristopher, 28.
Kristopher, an investment advisor, said he was excited to meet the actors, filmmakers and fans at the event.
Seymour is mother to a total of six adult children: Jenni, 44, Katherine, 42, Sean, 39, Kalen, 56, and twins John and Kristopher, 28.
While at the event, Seymour said she thought she was “channeling” Wicked in her green ensemble.
Seymour is in a relationship with musician John Zambetti, 75, who has performed for decades with the band The Malibooz.
The Somewhere in Time actress’s most recent romance prior to musician was with film producer David Green, as they were together for almost a decade.

Seymour told The times in April 2023 that Green, 76, had proposed to her in the past, but she felt exchanging vows with him “would be the most horrible thing in the world” in terms of the dynamics of their relationship.
She added, “I just said I would never put a song in his name.”
Seymour has been married four times in the past: to Michael Attenborough between 1971 and 1973; Geoffrey Planer between 1977 and 1978; David Flynn, from 1981 to 1992; and James Keach from 1993 to 2015.
She told The Times that despite the divorces, she remained “very, very close to every man I was married to and every man I ever dated.”
“Every time I see someone I’ve been in a relationship with, even for a short time, I feel close to them. See, I think it’s hard to be with someone who’s famous and on the red carpet.”
Speaking to People in 2012, Seymour said the biggest lesson she took from her marriage was to “let go” of painful things and “try to find a way to communicate and keep the good in the relationship.”
