Jane recently shared that she gets a little extra help with her appearance thanks to a trick of the light she’s developed over the years.

She has named it Jane’s Igloo and insists on using it whenever she appears on screen.

In an interview with Definition, she explained, “Nobody else needs one (a lighting trick) because they’re under 30. Basically, once you take the top light off me, I don’t have bags under my eyes.”

The artist continued, “When you have top light, my eyes get very baggy. So I need something right on me. Fortunately I can tolerate a lot of light.’

Seymour went on to explain how she had thoroughly learned the trade of lighting over the years.

“I’ve made so many films where I understand the light for me, I’m also an artist and I also love photography, so I understand what is good and bad light, or what is for me – what works and what doesn’t,” she said .

The East Of Eden actress went on to explain that her films’ crews “got it, usually on the first day.”

The artist previously claimed that she has aged gracefully without using cosmetic procedures to reverse the aging process – and says she pays close attention to the well-being of her skin tone.

Seymour told NewBeauty that she felt that “having good skin is really the secret to keeping your face from aging.”

She also stated that she has gotten used to using retinol at night, protecting yourself from the sun, using the great skincare that plumps your skin, and pretty much anything that makes me feel healthy.”

The star of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, then spoke about the possibility of having a non-invasive cosmetic procedure in the future.

“If I felt like someone could do something that wouldn’t change my face, and I could get the results where I would look exactly the way I do, then I would do it,” she said.
