Jane Fonda looked incredibly youthful in an all-black ensemble alongside classy co-stars, Mary Steenburgen and Candice Bergen, at Watch What Happens Live in NYC on Wednesday.

The Grace And Frankie actress, 85, who joined her fellow castmates for the premiere of Book Club: The Next Chapter on Monday, stepped out with The Proposal actress, 70, and Emmy winner, 77.

The sequel to the 2018 comedy Book Club, which reunited the iconic trio alongside Golden Globe winner Diane Keaton, is scheduled to hit theaters later Friday, May 12.

Fonda was timeless and wore close-fitting black trousers and a matching blazer that was fastened at the front with a large button.

The Barefoot In The Park actress wore a plain white shirt underneath and slipped on a pair of sleek black loafers to complete her overall ensemble for the day.

The stunning star was led out onto the busy sidewalk, conveniently carrying a black bag with a gold chain strap in her left hand to hold a few items she needed on the outing.

Jane chose not to add any flashy jewelry to let her chic outfit be the main focal point.

Her makeup was classically done when she stopped by Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, adding a dark, smoky shadow around her eyes along with a pink blush on her cheekbones.

The Barbarella actress added a pink satin shade to her lips to complete her fashionable look.

Close behind her was Mary Steenburgen, showing off her sense of style in dark blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

The songwriter paired the outfit with a long-sleeved white blazer with gold buttons down the front. A long necklace of gold chains fell over the top and wrapped around her waist.

She smiled brightly as she carried a black backpack in her left hand instead of slinging the item over her shoulder.

Candice also dressed to impress with black slacks and a white blouse tucked into the waist of the slacks and partially unbuttoned around the collar.

The star, who is slated to appear on the second season of And Just Like That, donned a tan blazer with floral detailing throughout.

She also wore a pair of dark blue loafers with gold chain accents on them while carrying a black purse in her left hand.

Although Diane was absent from the group, the trio stopped by to chat with Andy Cohen to further promote the upcoming comedy sequel, Book Club: The Next Chapter.

The film’s premise: “Follows the new journey of four best friends as they take their book club to Italy for the fun girls trip they never had,” according to an official IMDB synopsis.

Other stars cast in the film include Andy Garcia, Don Johnson, and Craig T. Nelson.

The first film, Book Club (2018), followed the friends as they read the steamy novel Fifty Shades Of Gray and how their outlook on life and friendship changed. The project was a box office success, grossing a total of $104 million on a budget of $14 million.

During a recent interview on the Today show, the trio dropped by to discuss the sequel and also a main theme of the film: friendship.

With regard to maintaining a long-lasting friendship, Mary said, “I think part of the secret is making sure you cherish your friends and that you associate with your friends on purpose.”

The four on-screen legends not only have a close friendship in the movies, but also behind the scenes.

Mary, whose husband Ten Danson makes a brief cameo in the film, added, “That’s how we are when we’re not on camera. It’s been one of the gifts of the past five or six years to me, the friendships with all three,” referring to Diane, Jane, and Candice.

The ladies took both their on-screen and off-screen friendship to Rome for the sequel to throw a bachelorette party for Jane’s character.

While talking to Vanity purse earlier this month, the famous actress admitted, “I’ve never been to a bachelorette party.”

‘Walking around Rome with a big sash over my chest and a wedding veil on – that was quite an interesting experience. If people weren’t going to stare, they certainly would,” she explained.

Although Fonda is preparing to tie the knot in Book Club 2, the star has no plans to remarry in real life. Her marriage to Ted Turner, and her third, ended in 2001.

‘Now I’m almost 86. I certainly don’t want to get married again. I can get a lot more done when I’m alone,” she revealed to the publication.

During their promotional tour, the actresses also took the time to stop by The Kelly Clarkson Showwhere they discussed plans for Mother’s Day, which takes place on Sunday, May 14.

“I love being a grandmother,” Mary gushed. “It’s so boring to say, but it’s the most beautiful thing in the world.” Candice immediately stepped in to raise her hand and exclaim, “Me too!”

When Kelly questioned Diane about her plans for the special day, the Godfather actress humorously said, “Leave me out of it.” I’ll just sit here. I enjoy it,” and began sipping a glass of wine during the interview.

The anticipated comic sequel, Book Club: The Next Chapter, hits theaters on Friday, May 12.
