Jamie Oliver has revealed he was Brad Pitt’s 40th birthday present.
The 49-year-old celebrity chef made the revelation while appearing on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Thursday.
When co-host Kate Ritchie asked Oliver about his experiences cooking for celebrities over the years, he recalled that Pitt’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston hired him to cook for them.
“I was actually Jen’s 40th birthday present to Brad Pitt,” he admitted.
Aniston, 55, was married to Pitt, 60, from 2000 to 2005 before moving on to Angelina Jolie.
Jamie said the cooking gig almost didn’t happen because he couldn’t believe it was Jennifer Aniston on the phone.
“She called and we hung up the phone three times because we didn’t believe it was her. We thought someone was trying,” Jamie said.
Jamie told Aniston to call through his agent because he hung up.

After a while, the Friends star convinced Jamie that the offer was legitimate and he left for the US.
“We were basically flown in. I just did it. She said, ‘Do you want to cook for Brad? He’s been doing it for a while.’ [Jamie’s TV Show] ‘The Naked Chef’ and all that stuff, he just watches it on TV and stuff. I said, ‘Absolutely, and I’m doing it out of love, because I love you guys,'” Jamie told the radio hosts.
Oliver also related that his two young students were given a most luxurious trip to Pitt’s house at the time.

‘I had two students, 15 years old, who didn’t have a passport and had never flown before. Their first time flying felt like Virgin Upper Class, but with a bar…’ So we cooked a meal and it was amazing,’ he said.
Although Jamie is known for his celebrity cooking skills, he admits he doesn’t want to make a habit of it.
“I don’t cook for celebrities on purpose, I only do it when I’m working in the restaurant and they’re there, or if I’m asked to by someone I love or admire, which was the case with Jen and Brad,” the chef said.
It comes like Jamie and his wife Jools renewed their vows once again as they celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas in June.

Jools arrived at the chapel wearing jeans, a white blouse and cowboy boots, while Jamie opted for a more formal outfit and wore a tailored suit.
The couple both shared a ton of snaps on their social media accounts to capture their unforgettable day.
Jools wrote: ‘Happy 24 crazy years of marriage together. I love you both so much, thank you for satisfying my LOVE for Elvis.
