Jamie Foxx’s daughter claims actor has been out of hospital for WEEKS

Jamie Foxx’s daughter claims the actor has been out of hospital for WEEKS and has even played PICKLEBALL at home – while thanking fans for their support

Jamie Foxx has been out of hospital for weeks and is recovering at home, his daughter said.

Corinne Foxx took to Instagram on Friday denying reports that her 55-year-old father was still in the hospital — even claiming the actor was active and playing pickleball.

“Family Update: Sad to see the media go wild,” she wrote. “My father has been out of the hospital for weeks to recover. In fact, he played pickleball yesterday! Thank you for everyone’s prayers and support!’

The shock update comes amid conflicting reports about his condition following his recent hospitalization.

Born Eric Bishop, the movie star was filming the action comedy Back In Action with Cameron Diaz in Atlanta, Georgia, in April when he was admitted to the hospital, though little is known about the complexities of the situation.

He is currently thought to be being treated at a state medical facility undergoing testing, but his daughter claims he has now been released.

Last week, sources told Page Six that “nothing had changed” and that the actor was “still in the same condition” after his health problems. MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Jamie for comment.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, his family posted on his profile, “Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed” followed by praying hands, heart and fox emojis.”

It is unclear whether Foxx himself made the post. At the time, no further details about his condition had been shared, leading to speculation about how serious his illness is.

The Oscar winner’s account also gave a shout-out on Instagram to friend Nick Cannon, who has done hosting duties for him on the hit game show Beat Shazam.
