Jamie Foxx gets love from his celebrity friends Barbra Streisand, Martin Lawrence and more after speaking out in an emotional video for the first time since hospitalization
Jamie Foxx is on the mend and receives warm wishes from his famous friends for his continued recovery.
The actor, 55, who spoke out about his illness in an emotional video, received warm wishes from none other than Hollywood legend Barbra Streisand.
The Oscar winner, 81, posted a photo of herself and Jamie and wrote: “Dear Jamie, so wonderful to see your face today and hear you speak.”
“I have sent you much love and light and will continue to do so forever.”
“I love you, Barbara.”

Jamie responded to the post with “God bless” and linked the Yentl star’s post to his Instagram account.
He and the Way We Were star collaborated on her 2016 album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, where she sang Climb Ev’ry Mountain from The Sound of Music.
The support continued to come in the comments section of Foxx’s emotional video detailing his recovery, which included Martin Lawrence posting uplifting messages.

Jamie was treated for a medical complication in April but has not revealed the nature of his illness.
The Ray star was released from hospital in May but was not seen in public until earlier this month.
