Fans of Jamie Foxx fear the star’s condition in hospital after conflicting reports and limited updates on his recovery from a mysterious illness
Jamie Foxx’s fans have expressed concern for the star after conflicting reports about his condition following his recent hospitalization.
The movie star, 55, born Eric Bishop, was filming the action comedy Back In Action with Cameron Diaz in Atlanta, Georgia, in April when he was admitted to the hospital, though little is known about the complexities of the situation.
He is currently in a medical facility in the state undergoing tests and while insiders claim he is ‘well’, other media outlets have reported that his family is ‘hoping for the best’ but remains concerned about his condition.
One fan wrote on Instagram: “Conflicting reports about Jaime may be subject to a police report. God breathes into him the good life.’
Sources reported this last week Page six that “nothing had changed” and that the actor was “still in the same condition,” following his health scare. MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Jamie for comment.

The Oscar winner’s account also gave a shout-out on Instagram to friend Nick Cannon, who has done hosting duties for him on the hit game show Beat Shazam.
Jamie’s daughter Corinne Foxx, 29, serves as DJ on the program but will also be stepping down to help with her famous father’s recovery.
Foxx reposted a post from Corinne about Nick taking over the presenting mantle, writing on his stories, “Appreciate you my boy @nickcannon, goodbye.”
