Jamie Dornan sports bloody makeup as he is spotted on set for The Tourist season two

Jamie Dornan looked bloody on Wednesday when he was first seen on set for season two of Stan’s hit thriller The tourist.

The actor, 41, was a casual figure for the scenes, which were filmed next to Djouce Wood in Wicklow, Ireland.

But as he looked to the side, special bloody effect makeup could be seen on his ear and around his head.

The actor even gestured to the area, seemingly awkwardly, as he plucked the makeup off his cheek.

Jamie rocked a burnt orange T-shirt and gray jeans today.

He paired the look with a khaki denim jacket and brown suede boots.

Also spotted on set was co-star Greg Larsen, donning a white and green checked khaki shirt.

He added a pair of blue jeans before shooting scenes for the hit thriller.

The first season of the Stan Original series focused on Dornan’s character Elliot, who becomes trapped in the outback after a car tries to run him off the road.

He wakes up in the hospital and has no idea what happened.

The new season follows the action to Dublin, a year after Elliott left the outback, where he comes face to face with his past.

Meanwhile, Helen (Danielle Macdonald), an outback police officer, travels to Ireland with Dornan’s troubled nature, only to be swept up in the mystery of his past life.

Conor MacNeill, Olwen Fouéré and Vikings actor Diarmaid Murtagh also cast in season two
