The couple, who have been romantically linked since 2017, enjoyed a low-key dinner at Sushi Park in West Hollywood.
Franco, 44, and Pakzad, 26, were last photographed together in November while on vacation in Athens, Greece.
For the date on Friday, Pakzad took herself and the Disaster Artist actor to the restaurant in her black BMW.
Meanwhile, Franco slid into the front passenger seat and let his lady take the wheel.
Pakzad kept it cozy in a white sweatshirt with colorful designs and a black skirt over opaque black leggings.
