James Argent hit the gym in Essex with his new girlfriend Nicoline Artursson earlier this week.
The former TOWIE star, 36, who lost a whopping 14 stone after stomach surgery which helped him overcome his addiction battles and exercise, looked the picture of happiness during the training session.
The couple turned Instagram official during a lavish getaway to St. Tropez in September, with reports that a smitten Arg is hoping to marry 31-year-old Nicoline.
Arg was spotted heading out for a run before enjoying a cup of coffee together. They put on a pleasant exhibition, with Nicoline putting her arm over his shoulder.
The former Miss Sweden cut a sporty figure in a white zip-up sweater and brown snakeskin print leggings, while Arg rocked black shorts and a sweater.

The couple appears to be going from strength to strength, with reports that James is reportedly hoping to ‘get married and start a family’ with his new girlfriend.
The TV star looked very much in love with the model several times.
After turning his life around, it seems Arg is now ready to settle down with a source claiming he believes ‘she’s the one’.
A source said OK! Magazine: ‘He really had a hard time loving himself, both outside and inside. But now that he’s worked on that relationship, the one with himself, he’s been able to have a very healthy relationship with someone else.
‘He definitely thinks she’s the one and he wants to marry her. He wants a family, she wants a family, it all makes sense.”
The source added: “He’s been asking friends for advice about rings and proposals, it’s definitely at the forefront of his mind at the moment.”

James broke up with Stella, 16 years his junior, in November after a year-long romance
Nicoline won the Miss World Sweden beauty pageant in 2011 and modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch.
She was also asked to participate in the French version The Bacherlorette, but refused to concentrate on her studies.
Rumors swirled about the pair’s romance after James liked a photo of Nicoline shared on her Instagram at the World Vision Gala in August.
It is James’ first relationship since his divorce from his ex Stella Turian last November.
