Speaking in February, the reality star said he finally felt confident in the bedroom after undergoing surgery to remove the excess skin around his abdomen following his 13-stone weight loss.

He told MailOnline that his love life with Italian girlfriend Stella Turian, 19, has improved as he believes in himself again after years of struggling with body confidence amid his battle with binge eating.

“I knew there was nothing I could do about the skin with diet or exercise. I still wanted to feel confident naked or around the pool.

“To be completely honest with you since my first surgery, even though I lost all this weight, I was still wearing double XL and triple XL swim shorts and pulled them above my belly button.

“When I was at the pool or on the beach, I wore my swimsuit really high up to cover my excess skin so no one would see it.”

“I don’t want to have another surgery, I don’t have any further plans for surgery, it’s not something I want to go back to, but I felt like I had that big surgery and I worked really hard, so this was really the icing on the cake.’
