Jacky Oh’s Surgeon Dr. Zach snaps at the deceased star as he breaks his silence after her death

The late Wild ‘N Out star Ms. Jacky Oh’s surgeon Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah took to Instagram on Friday to break his silence two weeks after her death.

Dr. Zach — who has sued former patients alleging he screwed up their surgeries — posted a statement to his account but made no mention of the 33-year-old talent or the incident.

The message to his nearly 97,000 followers began: “To all my past, present and future patients, PH-1 Miami remains committed to the highest quality medical care.”

“All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment according to universally recognized medical standards,” it continued.

He continued, “I am relentlessly committed to advancing plastic surgery techniques.”

Okhah’s statement concluded, “Most importantly, my staff and I ensure that each patient is vetted, prepared and treated according to their individual patient history prior to surgery.

“Our mission is to help our patients achieve the best possible results in the safest and most medically appropriate way.”

The surgeon tagged his clinic in the post, which featured white font against a black background. It has 1,200 likes so far.

Jacky was pronounced dead in Miami on May 31 when she became unresponsive following cosmetic surgery.

A spokesperson for BET Media Group confirmed her death in a post shared with Wild N’ Out’s Facebook page.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented member of the Wild N’ Out family whose impact will be forever cherished and missed,” the spokesperson said. “Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast for five seasons.”

The statement continued, “More importantly, she was a wonderful mother of three beautiful children.

“The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon and all the friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”

The doctor has sued a number of ex-patients for claiming in online reviews that he messed up their procedures. Page six reported earlier this month.

Known as a BBL specialist, Okhah sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she claimed the surgeon “mutilated” her in a review for the health care marketplace RealSelf.

Okhah denied her claims in court documents obtained by Page Six, arguing that her statements were “false” and defamatory.

He also accused her of encouraging potential patients to seek treatment elsewhere by “engaging directly” with the commenters on the website.

The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit unqualified in December 2021.

Then, in August 2021, the doctor filed a $30,000 lawsuit against Kyla Neirenburg for stating in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “do not exist.”

She also claimed in a review that patients should read Okhah’s reviews on RealSelf because the positives were “probably fake” or written by the surgeon’s staff or friends.

Okhah argued that Neirenburg’s review was defamatory, but the lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice in December 2021.
