The late Wild ‘N Out star Ms. Jacky Oh’s surgeon Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah has sued a number of former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures. Page six reports.
Jacky, whose full name was Jacklyn Smith, died in Miami at the age of 32. TMZ reported Thursday. She had previously said she was in Miami to get a “mommy makeover” done in a social media post that she subsequently deleted.
Okhah of PH-1 Miami, known as a BBL specialist, sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she claimed the surgeon “mutilated” her in a review for the health care marketplace RealSelf.
Okhah denied her claims in court documents obtained by Page Six, saying her statements were “false” and defamatory.
According to the website, he also accused her of encouraging potential patients to seek treatment elsewhere by “engaging directly with” the commenters on the website.
Tragic Loss: The Late Wild ‘N Out Star Ms. Jacky Oh’s Surgeon Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah has sued a number of former patients for claiming in online reviews that he screwed up their procedures, Page Six reports – Jacky pictured in Atlanta last September
Claim: PH-1 Miami’s Okhah, known as a BBL specialist, sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she claimed the surgeon “mutilated” her in a review for the healthcare marketplace RealSelf
The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit unqualified in December 2021.
In August 2021, the doctor filed a lawsuit, seen by the publication, for $30,000 against Kyla Neirenburg for stating in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “do not exist.”
She also claimed in a review that patients should read Okhah’s reviews on RealSelf because the positive ones were “probably fake” or written by the surgeon’s staff or friends.
Okhah argued that Neirenburg’s review was defamatory, but the lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice in December 2021.
DailyMail.com has contacted Okhah for comment.
