Radio presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson demonstrated her impressive weight loss as she walked with friends in Clovelly, Sydney, on a Sunday morning.

The mother of a child, 48, who recently lost 18 kg in five months, showed off her lean figure in white linen shorts and a beige T-shirt.

She completed her beach look with a black handbag and white sneakers.

The WW ambassador pulled her blonde hair back into a high bun and hid her look behind designer sunglasses.

Jackie was seen walking near her investment property in Gordons Bay before heading to the Coogee Pavilion.

She seemed relaxed as she took a walk and chatted happily with her friends.

Jackie has plenty to smile about and recently revealed that a new diet plan helped her lose a whopping 18kg in five months.

She shared a photo on Instagram of her looking slim in a baggy white T-shirt and shorts as she relaxed on a balcony with her dogs.

When Jackie returned to work in January after taking several months off, she looked noticeably slimmer

In the caption, she reflected on the ups and downs of her weight loss journey.

“I came back to WW last year because I wanted to get my health back on track and I know their program works for me,” she began.

“Losing weight was never about how I looked in the mirror, but rather about an overall sense of well-being and trying to get my energy levels back,” she continued.

“Five months ago I was 40 pounds heavier and had zero energy. My health suffered, so I decided to make a complete lifestyle change.’

Jackie said she lost weight because she incorporated daily exercise into her routine and ate a healthier diet.  She also gave up alcohol.

“I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I was in my twenties and I have more energy for myself and as a mom (and dog mom!)”

She recently revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.

Jackie also avoids carbs and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.

“I cook steak and slice it, and then I just have a little piece of steak when I’m hungry,” she told her co-host Kyle Sandilands.

Jackie resists splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, opting to eat just “three small pieces of steak” and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.

Kyle was shocked by her small portion size and told her, “A dog would eat more!”
