Jackie O ‘mortified’ after realising she and her friends have ‘rich people conversations’ over dinner – and how they’re very different from ‘poor people’ chats

Jackie O. Henderson felt “humiliated” on Monday when she realized she was having stereotypical “rich people conversations” at dinner.

The Australian radio presenter, who has a net worth of more than $50 million, broadcast a viral TikTok by an American creator live on her KIIS FM show about the differences in conversations between social classes.

“I have a lot of rich friends and a lot of friends who are broke, and the biggest social difference is what they talk about at dinner,” the TikTok creator said.

She explained that her “poor friends” talk about reality TV, pop culture, the news, and politics, while her “rich friends” talk about their goals, self-development, and spirituality.

After listening to the video, Jackie, 49, exclaimed: “I didn’t know spirituality was just for rich people?”

“Well you wouldn’t do that,” her co-host Kyle Sandilands, 53, replied, adding: “Who has time for that?”

“Normal people don’t have time to wonder whether the position of the planets affects how they feel today,” he said.

“I thought everyone was talking about this stuff!” Jackie said. “In my group of friends, we’re always asking big questions about the universe.”

She then challenged Kyle and asked him what he was talking about with his friends.

“Trump and TV. I’m a rich man living in a poor socio-economic group and I prefer it this way,” he replied.

Keel Then he told Jackie he “had to stay” [her] “She sets goals for herself” and “Don’t brag to your friends.”

“We’re not showing off!” Jackie said defensively. “We’re trying to better ourselves as people.”

“Well, how much better do you think you can get?! Where do you draw the line? You’ve lost weight, you’ve gotten rid of your dumb husband, and you’re doing great in your career. What more could you want?” Kyle asked.

Jackie: ‘You can always improve yourself as a person!’

“You just made yourself worse,” Kyle laughed.

The radio personality, who until recently had a small social circle, has grown into a full-fledged socialite in recent years.

Jackie’s friend group previously included Kyle, KIIS newsreader Brooklyn Ross and her Besties business partner Gemma O’Neill.

The blonde beauty now mixes with the rich and famous of Australia, even traveling to Europe for the wedding of one of her new friends in July.

Thanks to her close relationship with PE Nation designer Pip Edwards, Jackie also moves in the same circles as Sydney’s top stylist Jess Pecoraro, celebrity make-up artist Max May and Four Seasons condom heirs Michael and Alexander Porter.

After a luxury holiday to Greece with Gemma, Jackie recently attended Alexander’s wedding to his partner Chris Ledlin at Château de la Napoule in France.

In 2023, Jackie and Kyle signed a $10 million, 10-year deal with parent company ARN to bring Kyle and Jackie O’s radio show across Australia.

Kyle recently shocked radio listeners with his claim that the duo “earns a lot more” than the reported $10 million a year.

“It’s more than that, it’s more than what was reported, but Jackie doesn’t want me to bring that up. It’s a lot more, it’s a third more,” he said.

Kyle’s net worth was last estimated at $40 million in 2022, and he previously revealed that his one-year-old son, Otto, is already a millionaire.
