Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s new memoir The Whole Truth drops down to number four in book charts as it’s beaten by John Farnham and two cookbooks
Jackie O Henderson’s new book is already hitting readers just two days after it first hit shelves.
The 49-year-old’s comprehensive book, The Whole Truth, was highly regarded Amazon‘s bestseller book list Wednesday at number two.
But by Thursday afternoon, the mother-of-one’s spicy life story had fallen to number four on the online retailer’s book list.
And in a surprise twist, Jackie’s story was beaten by John Farnham’s memoir The Voice Inside, which came in at number three.
Meanwhile, the two top spots on Amazon’s best-selling cookbooks list are: RecipeTin Eats: Tonight: Dinners for every night of the week at number one, while foodie Brooke Bellamy’s Bake with Brooki is at number two.
Ny Breaking Australia has contacted Jackie O’s publisher Penguin Random House for comment.
It comes after Jackie announced that profits from her memoir will be donated to charity.
The radio queen recently came to blows after revealing on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she secretly checked into the Betty Ford Clinic for drug and alcohol addiction in November 2022.

Many criticized the radio personality for using an overseas facility favored by the rich and famous while thousands of Australians struggle to afford local rehabilitation services.
On Monday, Jackie said on Instagram that she had accepted the comments and would donate the profits from her book to charity.
In the post, she wrote a lengthy message to her fans, saying she was “deeply moved by the thousands of messages” she had received from people “who could not afford rehabilitation.”

Jackie further acknowledged that not everyone struggling with addiction would have the same opportunities.
“That’s why all my profits from my book, which goes on sale tomorrow, will be donated to the Odyssey House Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center,” she continued.

The radio star made the stunning admission about her addiction issues during a tearful conversation with her co-host Kyle Sandilands on their KIIS FM radio show last Thursday morning.
Jackie revealed that at the height of her addiction she was taking up to twelve Stilnox sleeping pills and 24 Panadeine Forte tablets every day, often with alcohol.
The Betty Ford Clinic is known for treating Hollywood stars such as Keith Urban, Robert Downey Jr. and Lindsay Lohan. The Betty Ford Clinic charges between $45,000 and $90,000 AUD for a one-month stay, depending on the program.

Jackie admitted that she was advised not to reduce her pill intake before arriving at the clinic, meaning she was still taking the drugs on the day she flew to the US.
When Jackie took a break from the show in 2022, Kyle Sandilands told listeners she was taking a step back to “focus on her health” after contracting COVID-19.
Behind the scenes, however, the beloved radio presenter was struggling with an addiction that had gotten out of hand.
Jackie admitted that she was ashamed of her secret, fearing public judgement, and decided to seek help after hitting rock bottom.
Jackie said things hit hard for her after her split from British photographer Lee Henderson in 2018.
Jackie said she wanted to speak publicly about her addiction struggles to reduce and “normalize” the “stigma” surrounding drug addiction.
The presenter bravely apologized to listeners for not disclosing her health problems sooner and revealed she will be celebrating two years of sobriety in just weeks.
“I want to apologize to our listeners and everyone in my life […] I had to focus on that part first, that recovery,” she said.
