Jackie ‘O’ Henderson is sticking to her healthy new lifestyle after losing 18kg in just five months.

The KIIS FM shock jock, 48, worked up a sweat on Monday as she enjoyed a solo tennis session in Sydney, showing off her lean physique in navy blue linen shorts and a baggy white T-shirt.

Her look was completed with large sunglasses, white sneakers and a sports watch.

She also swung a Chanel handbag over one shoulder as she packed up after her session ended.

Jackie recently reflected candidly on her weight loss journey.

“Last year I joined WW again because I wanted to get my health back in order and I know their program works for me,” she said in a social media post.

“Losing weight was never about how I looked in the mirror, but rather about an overall sense of well-being and trying to get my energy levels back,” she continued.

“Five months ago I was 40 pounds heavier and had zero energy. My health suffered, so I decided to make a complete lifestyle change.’

Jackie said she lost weight because she incorporated daily exercise into her routine and ate a healthier diet.

She also quit alcohol, which the presenter said many of her followers may not believe.

Jackie added: ‘I’ve never felt better than I do now. I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I was in my 20s and I have more energy for myself and as a mom (and dog mom!)’

Jackie previously gave her listeners insight into her diet.

She revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she regularly skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.

Jackie also avoids carbs and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.

Resisting splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, she chooses to eat only “three small pieces of steak” and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.

For dinner, Jackie usually eats vegetables and a protein such as chicken or red meat.

Between meals, Jackie treats herself to smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a kind of blended iced coffee drink.

The mother of one has not always followed such a restrictive diet.

She told in February women’s Day before she got her health under control, she ate pizza, sausage rolls, and microwave meals from the gas station.
