Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has made a shocking confession about her sex life.
The radio host said she’s having “the best sex of her life” at 49, and that her time between the sheets has gotten better with age.
The radio queen had a candid chat with her best friend Gemma O’Neill about their latest episode Her best life podcast when she made the surprising confession.
‘Relationships and intimacy in your twenties aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. You probably look your best, but you don’t feel it. You’re not as confident and secure as you are when you get older,” Jackie began.
The veteran presenter added that as she got older she developed a clearer idea of what she wanted in the bedroom, which has made her sexual encounters so much more satisfying.
‘I’m now 49 and have never enjoyed sex and relationships as much as I do now, because I know what I want. “I have never felt more comfortable, confident and sexy than I did at this age,” she said.
‘When I was in my twenties and thirties, all I wanted to do was look attractive. I didn’t care about getting pleasure, I only cared about what he thought of me.
‘It got to a point where I realized I felt sexy and now I know what my body wants. And men love that.’

Jackie has been single for six years after her divorce from her second husband Lee in 2018.
She has been married twice in the past and her first husband was DJ ‘Ugly’ Phil O’Neil in the late 1990s.
Jackie married British photographer Lee in 2003 and the couple welcomed their daughter Catalina ‘Kitty’ Henderson in December 2010.
The couple announced their separation in October 2018, but continue to maintain an amicable relationship as they co-parent their teenage daughter.
The veteran presenter said that as she got older she developed a clearer idea of what she wanted in the bedroom, which has made her sexual encounters so much more satisfying.
Last month she surprised her podcast listeners by revealing that she has a shocking new addiction that she is using ‘eight times a day’.
Jackie revealed that she has an extensive collection of sex toys that she uses very often.
She also said she worries that she has “desensitized herself to it” after using her vibrator so much.
