Radio Queen Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has credited exercise, quitting alcohol and a complete diet overhaul to her incredible 40 lbs (18 kg) weight loss.
And on Friday, the KIIS FM star, 48, treated herself to a small chocolate donut to help celebrate WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Jackie O is a brand ambassador and said it helped “change her life” as she encouraged her fans to use her 60 percent off meal plan.
Posing in a plunging cardigan and with her long extensions out and over her shoulders, the blonde bombshell beamed while holding a doughnut.

The mother of one recently spoke about her new diet on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, saying she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
She said she avoids carbs and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.
“I cook steak and slice it, and then I just have a small piece of steak when I’m hungry,” Jackie said.

Resisting splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, she chooses to eat only “three small pieces of steak” and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.
Her co-host Kyle Sandilands was shocked by her small portion size and told her, “A dog would eat more!”
For dinner, Jackie usually eats vegetables and a protein such as chicken or red meat.
Between meals, Jackie treats herself to smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a kind of blended iced coffee drink.

She lost a whopping 18 kg in just five months with WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.
Jackie was recently forced to quash rumors that it was due to taking a celebrity weight loss drug or Ozempic.
Kyle revealed that he had been asked by several guests at his wedding if Jackie – who is an ambassador for Weight Watchers – had been given Ozempic to shed the pounds.
“The diabetes meds people talk about, I don’t take them,” Jackie replied.
“Honestly, you guys can do it… but I’ll say it, I think [cutting out] alcohol and exercise was a big thing. I never did [that] before, so that was kind of the kicker for me,” she added.
Kyle noted that Jackie isn’t “big with needles,” so she would never feel comfortable injecting herself with diabetes medication to lose weight.

He went on to say that her results came from following Weight Watchers, “putting away the wine bottle,” and ditching “the cookies and cheese.”
Jackie, who recently started playing tennis regularly, added that quitting alcohol and embracing exercise was ‘great’ [she’d] never done before’.
The mother of one of them also confirmed that she didn’t even drink alcohol at Kyle’s wedding.
It comes after Jackie recently reflected on her weight loss journey in a touching social media post.
“I came back to WW last year because I wanted to get my health back on track and I know their program works for me,” she wrote.
“Losing weight was never about how I looked in the mirror, but rather about an overall sense of well-being and trying to get my energy levels back,” she continued.
“Five months ago I was 40 pounds heavier and had zero energy. My health suffered, so I decided to make a complete lifestyle change.’
It comes after Jackie recently reflected on her weight loss journey in a touching social media post. “Losing weight was never about how I looked in the mirror, but rather about an overall sense of well-being and trying to get my energy levels back,” she said.
