Jackie O. Henderson surprised her fans this week by revealing she has a shocking new addiction that sees her use “eight times a day.”
The 49-year-old radio star revealed in the latest episode of Her best life podcast, which she presents with her ‘best friend’ Gemma O’Neill, she has an extensive collection of sex toys that she uses very often.
She made the confession while discuss Gwyneth PaltrowGoop brand vibrator.
“How often do you use them, a few times a week?” Gemma asked.
“A week? I use it like eight times a day sometimes,” Jackie confessed, before Gemma screamed in disbelief.
“I’m not joking, but it’s not like that anymore. There was a time when I went eight times a day,” Jackie said, before asking her friend if she’d ever done that much in one day.
“I think I’ve had sex six times a day,” Gemma replied, before admitting she only uses a vibrator twice a week.
“But when I’m in a relationship, I don’t use it at all because I don’t need it,” she added.

Gemma then asked the morning radio star how she finds the time to pleasure herself eight times a day.
“Well, it doesn’t take long. Sometimes I run the tub and wonder, ‘What am I going to do while I wait for the tub to fill up?’ Maybe I’ll just grab one quickly,” Jackie admitted candidly.
Jackie also says she’s worried she’s “become desensitized” to it after using her vibrator so much.
‘He’s gotten so used to a vibrator by now that I have to slowly but surely stop using it.’
“I’m not kidding, I’m not willing to go cold turkey. I think I’m going to have to. And what I’ve been doing is lowering the vibration setting,” she said.

Jackie confessed after the radio star revealed that she keeps a list of the men she has slept with on her phone.
She revealed her surprise on Friday morning on the Kyle and Jackie O Show, during a discussion about star signs.
“Have you ever slept with a Gemini?” asked co-host Kyle Sandilands.
Jackie then looked at her phone and Kyle said there was a list of all the men she had slept with.
“Do you have a bang list?” the 53-year-old asked, before asking what details about the men it contained.
It’s just [their] “Birthdays,” said the mother of one.
“There was a period where I went eight times a day,” Jackie confessed
The detail came just days after Jackie opened up about her sex life following her split from ex-husband Lee Henderson.
Jackie said on her podcast that the idea of having sex after her divorce from Lee in 2018 was “scary.”
“The idea of sex felt scary, huge and terrifying. It felt like you were doing it for the first time again,” Jackie said.
“I thought, ‘How am I going to do this, since I haven’t had a new relationship in so long?’”
However, Jackie said that sex was ‘surprisingly not scary at all’ and that she now feels much more confident about herself.
‘I just felt more confident and comfortable with my body [being older]“Sex is better now because I have a lot more confidence,” she explained.
