Channel Nine found itself in another ‘jacketgate’ situation on Wednesday morning when the Today hosts appeared on television all dressed in green.
Today presenter Brooke Boney, social reporter Taylor Haynes and financial commentator Effie Zahos all had almost identical looks on the breakfast show.
However, rather than demand that anyone change, the trio leaned into their matching green ensembles and took a few photos for Instagram.
The show’s Instagram page saw them posing side by side and sporting huge smiles as Brooke, 36, took a photo of them.
“On Wednesdays we wear green,” the caption read alongside three green heart emojis.

Brooke, who donned a stunning emerald green knit dress, posted the selfie on her own Instagram, showing off her colleagues in their own green shirts.
“We’re a little Today and a little Hulk,” Brooke captioned the photo, adding a She Hulk sticker.
This isn’t the first time a group of Channel Nine journalists have found themselves in an awkward clothing situation.

In January 2017, footage was leaked of Nine reader Amber Sherlock berating sports presenter Julie Snook for wearing an outfit similar to hers.
It happened moments before the pair appeared side-by-side on a live broadcast.
The footage showed Amber demanding Julie put on a jacket so the two could avoid wearing white on TV at the same time.

The sports presenter then appeared on air wearing a black jacket and received much public sympathy when the footage went viral.
Amber blamed the collapse on the pressures of live television, telling 9Honey in May 2017 that the experience had been a “learning curve”.
