Jackass star Bam Margera ‘beat his brother in the head and threatened to kill his entire family’

As a manhunt continues in Pennsylvania for Jackass star Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera, it has been revealed that the target of the troubled star’s unsettling attack was his own brother.

Pennsylvania State Police officials have said so TMZ troopers responded to a reported disturbance around 11 a.m. Sunday morning near Margera’s $1.1 million Pocopson Township castle, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the 43-year-old pro skater and suffered minor injuries as a result .

But when the police arrived on the scene, Margera had already fled to a nearby forest area and has not yet been located.

According to a police report, Margera began banging on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. on Sunday, leaving a disturbing note in his wake.

“If you even think about calling the police, I’ll be officially kidding you.” Jesse goes on to say that he then went downstairs to see Bam peeing in the sink, after which a fight allegedly broke out.

Jesse – best known as the drummer for the rock band CKY – said he found the note and walked downstairs to find Bam urinating in a sink, leading to a fight.

Bam began punching Jesse and hit him on the head multiple times, with Jesse showing multiple visible injuries.

Jesse claims that after the fight, Bam continued his anger, saying, “I’ll kill you.” I’ll put a bullet in your head.’

Bam also reportedly said he would kill everyone in the house, including the Margera brothers’ father, Phil, and two unidentified women. Bam then fled into the woods behind the house.

A warrant has now been issued for Margera’s arrest, charging him with four misdemeanors of terrorist threat with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court charge of harassment while another has undergone physical contact.

The charges are coming several weeks after Margera was arrested in California for public intoxication after getting into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.

Video of that confrontation, filmed by comedian Evan Breen, showed the former pro skateboarder entering and exiting the restaurant after police arrived.

At the request of an officer, Margera sat on the floor in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer could not be heard, he could be seen waving his arms and gesticulating wildly.

After the altercation, Margera reportedly fled into the nearby woods and has not yet been located

The arrest may have been preceded by some kind of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old child Phoenix were both at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.

However, the police did not clarify whether he had an argument with his ex or whether it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera would be forced to pay $500 to get an early bail unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he is sober again.

Earlier that month, Margera was also arrested on domestic violence charges after California police responded to his home in Escondido, where a woman claimed he kicked her.

The alleged victim was not named, but she was reportedly Margera’s girlfriend, Jessica, and not his ex. It is unclear if she is the victim in the most recent case.

Margera was eventually released on $50,000 bail, though the local district attorney said no charges would be brought against him.

The search for the Jackass star comes just a month after he was arrested for public intoxication at a Thai restaurant in Burbank, California.

Boyd is now seeking legal protection against him to protect himself and their five-year-old son, Phoenix

In the aftermath, sources said TMZ that his estranged wife, Nikki Margera, is considering filing legal protection against him to protect herself and their five-year-old son, Phoenix.

She had told the site that the incident was “scary for me and even scarier for Phoenix,” adding that it was unfortunate because “the visit Bam had with Phoenix in Hollywood the previous day went pretty well.”

Nikki claimed her celebrity husband arrived at the restaurant drunk and belligerent, explaining, “This is the umpteenth time Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back.”

Her lawyer David Glass told TMZ that they had tried to work with Bam to visit their child regularly, but it is contingent on him staying sober and treating Nikki with respect – something they say Margera has refused.

Boyd had filed for divorce from Margera in February this year after claiming he was not sober while visiting his son.

She has filed for legal and physical custody of Pheonix, though she says Margera still needs to get permission to have supervised visits from his son in the Los Angeles area.

Separately, the Viva La Bam star is being charged with threatening a neighbor with brass knuckles.

Daniel Cardenas, 28, claimed the Viva La Bam prankster wanted him to stop having “very loud sex” because Margera’s girlfriend, Jessica, and her 8-year-old daughter could hear them.

He said that Jessica and her daughter were staying with him while Margera was in prison.

“All I can imagine is Jessica telling Bam about the loud sex her daughter overheard and that’s why he was so upset, although of course it doesn’t give him the right to attack me, threaten my life or put me out to kick a house he has no right to,” Cardenas said.

He added that Bam had told him that the girl “will have PTSD for the rest of her life.”

A California judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Cardenas. Margera has to stay 100 meters away from him and his house.

Anyone with information on Margera’s whereabouts is now being asked to call (610) 268-2022.
