The Three Lions returned to winning ways with a 3-1 win over Finland in the Nations League after Thursday’s disappointing defeat to Greece.

England were awarded a free-kick in the 72nd minute when Jude Bellingham was brought down from 25 yards out.
Alexander-Arnold stepped up to collect the ball and found the top corner in emphatic style to double England’s lead and win £500 from Grealish.

‘Yes, of course I said that to him as a joke. “If you score this, I’ll give you £500 and he’ll just throw it in the top bin,” the Manchester City forward told ITV.
“I owe him something now, yeah, I think he’s going to tell me.”
Declan Rice scored a third goal for England six minutes from time before Arttu Hoskonen got a consolation for the hosts.
Grealish has backed Lee Carsley, who came under criticism for his tactics in the 2-1 defeat to Greece.
“Whatever happens with the England manager, people will always…” All negative things, he said.
‘People used to shout that all attacking players had to play, but that didn’t work. I don’t get it, it can happen in games.
‘I like coming here, a top manager and I like playing for him.’
Grealish also praised Gomes after his goal was assisted by the midfielder. He added: “We could have had a few more, but it was difficult at times,” he said.
‘The goal came from the manager who allowed us to play with that freedom. I play with Angel Gomes in training and I know what a top player he is. The party was for my daughter.’
