Jack Fincham ‘is considering lodging a formal complaint against the police’ as Love Island star is seen for the first time since his ‘arrest on suspicion of drug-driving and using false plates’
A lawyer representing Jack Fincham has said the Love Island winner is considering making a formal complaint against police after becoming a ‘target’ following his latest arrest.
The TV personality. 31, made his first appearance since his reported arrest for drink-driving and using fake license plates on Thursday when he took dog Elvis for a walk in Kent.
Jack ventured near his home in Swanley, close to where he was reportedly stopped by police while driving at high speed along the A2 on August 26.
Dressed casually in a blue polo shirt, shorts and trainers, Jack was seen talking on his mobile phone while walking the family pet, a rescue dog whose ears had been cruelly cut off by its former owner.
His lawyer Conor Johnstone, of Maj law firm, said he understands the plates on Fincham’s vehicle were private plates and not fake plates, and the TV star strongly denies any allegations against him.

It comes after a similar incident in 2021, when Jack was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and later pleaded not guilty at Sevenoaks Magistrates court in Kent.
Johnstone, who also represented him in these cases, said the prosecutor dropped the case just days before the trial in December on the grounds of insufficient evidence.

“He has since been released on bail until November 26, 2023.”
Fincham won the hit ITV2 dating show Love Island in 2018 with ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer, daughter of former EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.

Jack is reportedly flying to Fiji to appear in Love Island Games, the spin-off series that sees contestants enter a villa on their quest for love.
In July, the TV personality revealed he had split from his girlfriend Jodie Ella.

‘You don’t have to worry about your phone, going to work or cooking! Not only am I trying to get out of work, but yeah, I would go back on the show in a heartbeat.”
While admitting that he’s “getting a lot of attention,” Jack confessed that he’s ready to find lasting love, saying, “But actually, I’m kind of ready to find someone…
“(I want) to spend time with them. My brother is 28 and he has been with his girlfriend for nine years and I think: wow, I would love that now.’
In 2019, Jack shockingly confessed that he doesn’t know if he’s ever been in love, despite dating Dani for almost a year.
On Celebs Go Dating, Jack broke his silence on their split as he explained that he thinks they moved too quickly after leaving the Love Island villa.
When dating agents Anna Williamson and Paul C Brunson asked if he had ever been in love, Jack admitted: ‘I don’t know now’.
He added: ‘I’ve had three serious girlfriends for a long time… and you know, when I was with them I said ‘I love you’ to all of them. Did I do that? Don’t know’.
He said: ‘If we had lived on Love Island forever we would have been fine. We immediately rushed over it, we moved in together. I wanted to (move in with her), but I wish we had waited.
“I let her push me a little bit. We had a real connection there and I think everyone can see that. Honestly, and I mean it, I wish her all the luck in the world.
‘I’m not a bitter person. Oh, I’m 100 percent over Dani and now I want to go meet someone. I missed so much dating. I haven’t done it in over a year.’
