Memphis Grizzlies star guard Ja Morant is reportedly suspended for 25 games by the league to begin the 2023/24 season.
Sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski that this suspension comes with conditions for the guard’s return.
This suspension is in light of yet another incident where Morant was seen on camera recklessly wielding a gun.
It was his second incident this season, with the league suspending him for eight games in March after flashing a gun at a nightclub near Denver.
The league reportedly concluded its investigation into the incident weeks ago, but Commissioner Adam Silver opted to wait until the end of the NBA Finals to announce it.
