Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant threw the hammer at a man one foot, two inches taller than himself as an exclamation point in an emphatic 106-98 victory over the San Antonio Spurs.
Leading 86-70 with about 9:15 to go, Morant went flush to the basket, dribbled past Wembanyama and threw down a dunk.
An ecstatic Morant shouted to the crowd to punctuate the moment as he led all scorers with 26 points in addition to ten assists.
