I’ve got two vaginas – I use one for porn and the other for my husband

A porn star born with two vaginas has shared how she uses “one for work and another for play.”

Evelyn Miller, from Australia’s Gold Coast, was diagnosed with uterine didelphys in 2011 after years of painful sex and difficulty inserting tampons.

The rare condition gave the 31-year-old a double uterus, two sets of ovaries and two vaginas – and they are all fully functional.

The married mother-of-two was eager to be candid about her condition with sexual partners, but has now learned to embrace it.

Ms Miller, who used to work as an escort, now earns £12,000 a week on OnlyFans and PornHub, through solo and partner sex videos, including with other men.

Exposing her reality with the condition, she said there’s “no point in cheating” as she has “one vagina to work and another to play.”

She added: “I avoided sex for so long – guys didn’t know what they were doing and they just ended up slamming their penis against my urethra.

“I just didn’t know what was wrong with me.

“I felt so much anxiety around sex — I was living alone with my dad at the time, so I had no one I could ask in private.

“Google was out of the question — I lived on a remote farm and we literally only had a dial-up connection, so I couldn’t just look up my symptoms on the Internet.

“OnlyFans helped me finally embrace my condition. Creating content and letting people be complexly fascinated by my condition is really great.’

What is Uterine Didelphys?

A double uterus occurs when a developing uterus — which begins as two separate ducts — doesn’t come together.

The rare condition affects only 0.3 percent of women.

Doctors do not yet know why the condition occurs.

But it leaves patients with two separate uteruses and fallopian tubes. Some also have two vaginal canals and two cervixes.

Frequent miscarriages are a telltale sign of the condition, along with pain with sex, heavy bleeding during menstruation, and early labor.

It can cause infertility in some patients because it increases the risk of miscarriage because the uterus is smaller and can limit the growth of a fetus.

It can be diagnosed during a routine pelvic exam or during scans.

An ultrasound or MRI scan is usually needed to confirm that a woman has two uteruses.

Ms Miller said she first noticed something was ‘wrong’ in 2005 after struggling to insert a tampon ‘where you would normally find your vagina’.

She later found out that this was because her urethra is “lower than normal” – and her two vaginas are placed on opposite sides.

When Ms. Miller first tried to have sex at age 17, her partner’s penis “kept hitting the wall,” she said.

It was two years later, in 2011, when doctors diagnosed her with an “extreme” version of uterine didelphys.

This is because while all uterine didelphys patients have two uteri, only a few also have two cervixes and vaginas.

Mrs. Miller has two vaginas, each connected to its own cervix, as well as two wombs and two pairs of ovaries.

Most people don’t know they have the condition because it doesn’t always cause symptoms.

However, signs of the condition may include pain during sex, painful menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding, frequent miscarriages, and premature birth.

But Ms Miller said her diagnosis gave her a new lease of life and despite uterine inflammation, she now has two children.

Initially worried that her condition would make her infertile, Ms. Miller became pregnant in one of her wombs in October 2020 and again in November 2021.

She now has a son, Andrew, 20 months, and daughter, Georgia, 8 months.

Ms Miller added: ‘There was always a risk that I could be pregnant with two babies at the same time.

‘When I was pregnant with one, we still had to use condoms if we wanted to have sex in the other vagina.

“There were also complications after my delivery.

“Both of my babies were born very small and spent months in intensive care.

“Fortunately, they’re both happy and healthy now.”

She set up an OnlyFans account in 2018 and started making content with her husband, Tom.

The pair have since started a marketing company together, but they still create explicit content.

Ms. Miller says their success peaked when she was pregnant.

She said, “I was always curious about sex work, and sometimes other men are involved.

“It doesn’t really feel like cheating. I have one vagina for work and another for play.

“It’s really paid off for me because people are really curious — they love that I have two vaginas.”

It may sound bad to say it, but that can feel incredibly validating.

‘Moreover, the platform has given me the opportunity to draw attention to uterine didelphys.

“I get so many women messaging me who have had the hardest time with it.

“Some can’t have children at all, it’s heartbreaking.

“I think I was very lucky there.”

Ms Miller says people are ‘really grateful’ to see someone being so open about uterine didelphys – and she uses her platform on TikTok to educate people.

“I’m so lucky to have this platform and I would encourage all young women to get checked out if they feel like something isn’t right,” she said.
