The former president’s favorite daughter is still living her best life after opting out of politics following her father’s announcement that she will seek the Republican nomination for president in 2024.

Photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com show Ivanka Trump, 41, dressed in a blue jean jumpsuit and pink glitter Adidas Gazelle x Gucci sneakers, near her home in Miami.

Ivanka was seen getting out of her car and entering her home at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, which has become her family’s home as they wait for their home to be completed in’ Billionaire Bunker’.

It is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rental price of almost $47,000 per month. There is a tennis court on the roof and the family has their own private pool and garden.

This past weekend, Ivanka was active on Instagram sharing snaps of her private boat ride in Miami, which has become a regular pastime for her and her family.

Two years later, they seem happier than ever in their new community, where they’ve found new friends and are renovating a $24 million waterfront mansion on Indian Creek Island.

They are nearing completion of renovations on their dream home that sits on 1.3 acres, an exclusive island known as the “Billionaires Bunker.”

The couple bought the fixer-upper home just over a year after spending $31.8 million on a two-acre lot on the island in 2020.

They plan to move into the spacey 8,500-square-foot abode once its extensive renovations are complete.

Ivanka and Jared have been seen enjoying walks along Indian Creek, with and without their children, to check on the progress of their property.

The family is often seen spending afternoons on a chartered boat in Biscayne Bay, where they swim in the water and go tubing. They have regular trips to the beach, and their children often carry their boogie boards in tow.

The mother of three still goes jogging with her husband, an activity they started doing together while they were still living in New York City. They also enjoy bike rides, golf sessions and long walks with and without their three children.

Ivanka may have another activity on her bucket list after spending the first day of 2023 playing paddle tennis with friends in Miami. The racket sport, popular in Spain and Latin America, is usually played in doubles on a small enclosed court.

She was seen arriving at the mansion of billionaire businessman Wayne Boich on New Year’s Day in a black service car, dressed in a white tennis dress, sun visor and sneakers, exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show.
