Ivanka Trump has maintained her silent silence when asked if she is afraid to testify at her father’s trial on the way to Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party.
The 41-year-old heiress dazzled in a sequined two-piece suit as she left dinner at luxury pasta restaurant Funke’s in Beverley Hills on Friday evening.
Ivanka has been assigned to testify in Donald Trump’s ongoing civil fraud trial, but has recently tried to get out.
She looked glamorous in a glitzy cream skirt and matching shirt, which she accessorized with a pop of color from a pair of green earrings and a bag in the same shade.
But when it came to discussing her court appearance, video shows her response was significantly more muted.

Ivanka was spotted leaving Funke’s restaurant in Beverly Hills, where she was celebrating friend Kim Kardashian’s birthday
In the clip, the former presidential adviser is seen walking out of the restaurant in a pair of tan heels with a smile on her face.
However, things quickly drop when she clocks the paparazzi out.
She then walks towards her waiting car where she is immediately asked if she is ‘afraid’ to testify.
The heiress doesn’t even turn her head to acknowledge the question and instead slides into the vehicle before the door closes behind her.
Ivanka was scheduled to testify in the case in New York, but recently filed a motion not to appear.
Her lawyers argue that she does not have to testify because she is no longer listed as a defendant and no longer lives in New York. It is not yet known when the court will decide on the filing.
Ivanka was a former Trump Organization executive who was accused of fraudulently inflating the value of assets in financial statements provided to lenders, insurers and others.
She was dismissed as a defendant from the sprawling lawsuit after an appeal in New York ruled that the claims against her were barred by the state’s statute of limitations.
But her Her, along with brothers Eric Trump and Donald Jr. and other Trump Organization executives, continue to face charges.
Ivanka faced the ongoing lawsuit as she left Kim’s birthday celebration, where she joined a star-studded dinner guest list.

Kylie showed off her curves in a tight black leather dress, which perfectly complimented mom Kris’s all-black ensemble.
Missing from the action was Kendall’s new boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, who has reportedly been dating the star since April.
Model sister Kendall opted for a long-sleeved cheetah-print dress and strappy shoes, which she paired with sunglasses.
They were joined by family friend Hailey Bieber and Kim’s good friend Lauren Sanchez, the fiancée of billionaire Jeff Bezos.
Meanwhile, there has been speculation about Kim’s dating life since her split from Pete Davidson in August 2022. She started dating the actor and comedian when she was 13 years her junior in the wake of her divorce from Kanye West.
Recently, fans have linked her to NFL player Odell Beckman Jr, but nothing has been officially confirmed.
