Republican voters flooded social media with praise for the new MAGA star, noting that she “deserves so much credit for this win” after “saving the Republican party.”
“Lara Trump deserves praise for her continued dedication and hard work. She has proven to be a powerhouse and shows up with integrity and focus day in and day out,” one supporter wrote.
Lara, 41, is married to Trump’s son Eric, and has campaigned tirelessly on her father-in-law’s behalf since he became the Republican nominee.
The former television producer is co-chairman of the Republican National Committee and has risen within the family during the campaign period.
She was central to Trump’s relief efforts in North Carolina after the devastation of Hurricane Helene, and has been sounding the alarm for months about Harris as a woman who “failed upward.”
On Tuesday evening, Eric congratulated his wife on her efforts during the campaign.
“You put your heart and soul into the job and proved them all wrong,” he wrote alongside a photo of him and his wife as votes were counted.

“And it is now clear that we have achieved the most incredible political result.”
Trump suggested during the speech at Mar-a-Lago that God spared his life during the July assassination attempt at his Butler rally.
“Many people have told me that God spared my life for a reason: and that reason was to save our country and make America great again. And now we will fulfill that mission together,” he said.

Trump’s 18-year-old son Barron towered over the rest of Trump supporters on stage, hours after voting for the first time.
