Halloween partygoers have been getting into the spooky spirit with some outrageous outfits as revelers braved the cold on nights out in the UK.
Thousands of people took to bars and clubs across the country on Tuesday night to prepare for a night of Halloween hi-jinks.
Partygoers were pictured in a range of hilarious, raunchy and downright terrifying costumes as they made the most of the final day of spooky celebrations, despite temperatures dropping into the single digits in some places.
From Mario, Luigi and Toad, to Freddie Krueger and Jason, to Ali G and… a monk, there was certainly no shortage of inventive outfits from people pictured across the country.
The steady rain didn’t deter partygoers who queued for a while to gain entry to venues in Portsmouth, while others in Leeds and Newcastle managed to keep their costumes intact by avoiding the rain ahead of a boozy night.
