The Kmart Sleeveless Luxury Halter Top ($10) is praised for its soft fabric and flattering fit.
‘This has got to be the best $10 I’ve ever spent that makes me look so good,’ shopper shops Tayla Chantelle said in a video.
‘Everyone is talking about halter tops; apparently these are the ‘it top’ for the summer of this year.’
Brands like Glassons, Cotton On and Zara have all released their versions of the tops, which range from $20 to $60.
The Kmart tops are adjustable and can be loosened for your comfort.
“I get the hype,” Tayla said enthusiastically after trying on her bargain tops. ‘I wear a size 12 and it fits well, it’s not tight anywhere.
‘I love it – it’s a good, basic going out top that you can wear with jeans. It looks great, I’m actually amazed. I don’t want to take it off.’

The halter top is available in four colors: black, light yellow, olive green and beige.
Kmart has recently been praised for its high-quality ‘dupes’ of designer goods, as shoppers on a budget can also discover fashion trends.
From a £35 dress set to fly off the shelves this summer, to a £15 dupe of a £9,900 Balenciaga handbag, shoppers are ‘obsessed’ with Kmart’s latest collections.

“I saw these tops in yellow too, I think I’ll have to go back and get it,” one person wrote.
