The niece of ABC chairman Ita Buttrose was reportedly beaten up by a man before sharing photos of herself online with a bloodied nose.
Former Sydney socialite and one-time Real Housewives star Lizzie Buttrose shared a photo of her bloodied nose and chin on social media over the weekend.
Ms Buttrose’s caption accused the man who attacked her of being ‘purely evil, allegedly’.
Friends of Ms Buttrose commented on the confrontational photos and asked if the 54-year-old was ‘okay’.
Mrs Buttrose has now deleted the post and is instead sharing photos of her parrot Louis.

In 2017, Ms Buttrose claimed she was assaulted by her ex-fiancée Zoran Mijadzevic.
Police have issued an arrest warrant (AVO) on behalf of Ms Buttrose following the allegations against the cage fighter.
At the time, police alleged Mr Mijadzevic backhanded Ms Buttrose in the face, damaged a piano and punched a hole in the wall at the couple’s Vaucluse home.
Ms Buttrose fought the AVO. Police were called to the couple’s home thirteen times over a ten-month period.
Mr Mijadzevic, the seventh man who had also engaged Ms Buttrose, was not charged and is not believed to be the person responsible for the recent attack.
